Every single day stand outside barefoot--even if only for a few seconds--and breathe deeply. Just stand in the stillness of your mind and let Mother Earth remove the toxins from your spiritual, emotional, and physical body. She knows how to recycle toxic energies into positive energies. Stand quietly and feel your body get lighter as the toxins return to Mother Earth. Raise your hands to the sky for a good stretch, be thankful for Nature's miracles and beauty. Start or end your day.
You don't have to do this in the morning and at night. One or the other will make a dramatic improvement in how you feel. Even if you only have 30 seconds to do get outside and ground yourself--be one with Mother Earth--you will reap benefits physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
Nature is one of the most important aspects of our quality of life and our health.
